01 General Terms

FFBajar (ffbajar.onl) is an online betting and gaming service platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between FFBajar and all its users.

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to users in Bangladesh. FFBajar reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of any changes.

• Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• All content on FFBajar is the exclusive intellectual property of FFBajar.
• No part of the platform may be copied or distributed without prior authorization.

02 Account Registration

To register an account with FFBajar, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and deposited funds may be withheld.

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active at all times.
• Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify FFBajar Support immediately.

FFBajar may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. In such cases, a copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.

03 Age Verification

FFBajar is for users aged 18 and above only. This is one of our strictest policies.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• FFBajar may request age verification documents at any time.
• Your account will remain suspended until proof of age is provided.

04 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on FFBajar, make sure you read the specific rules for each market. Different rules apply to different sports and games.

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled; however, you may use the cash-out option if it is available.
• When odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, settlement will follow FFBajar's own policy.
• FFBajar reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Each market has a maximum bet limit.

In a combo or parlay bet, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost. Use combo bets with caution.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

FFBajar offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. General bonus policy is outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users once only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements. Typically, you are required to wager 30 to 40 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bonus bets can be withdrawn up to a specified limit.
• Using bonuses from multiple accounts or the same IP address is prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• FFBajar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on FFBajar are safe and fast. However, certain rules must be followed.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals should be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Transactions to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, large withdrawals may require additional verification.

Large withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed. We recommend completing your KYC right after registration to avoid any issues down the line.

07 Prohibited Activities

FFBajar is committed to maintaining a fair and honest platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Operating an account using software, bots, or any form of automation.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Claiming bonus or promotional benefits using false information.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

FFBajar may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed.

09 Responsible Gaming

FFBajar is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Please do not bet beyond your means.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount for each individual bet.
• Break: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period or permanently.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any bet or transaction, please contact FFBajar customer support first. We typically respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

• You may submit a detailed complaint via email.
• If your issue is not resolved by customer support, you may escalate it to the licensing authority.
• Relevant accounts or transactions may be temporarily suspended during an ongoing dispute.

12 Changes to Terms

FFBajar may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified via email or SMS in the event of significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
